Tell us a little bit more about yourself…

What brought you to The Chatham Club?
I was looking for a gym with a sense of community as well as fitness.

What accomplishments/changes have you made since joining The Chatham Club?
Prior to the CC I did not like classes at all. But now they are my favorite type of workout. CC classes have drastically changed the way I work out and I have seen the body changes. I have lost weight and gained so much muscle and toning.

What do you like about the club?
I love the sense of community and “family” that CC offers. Not only do I get a great workout, but I am also surrounded by people in my current stage of life or ones who have been through or are about to go through it. There is so much sharing of knowledge and experiences through these stages of life and parenting.

What do you like about the group classes the club offers?
There is such a variety of cardio, weight training and yoga/barre. Depending on mood or need there is always an amazing class to attend.

What are your favorite exercises?
Right now, it is tread and shred. I get to do cardio, plus weight training.

What are your least favorite exercises?
Barre. It is so hard with the smallest movements lol. But it is a really good workout.

What do you like to do outside of the club?
I go for long walks with my dog and friends. I volunteer at my kids’ school doing all the planting and watering of flowers. I spend time with my children and dog.

Do you have any upcoming goals that you’re currently focusing on?
I am working on continuing to build strength and muscle as I get older and stay strong. I would like to maintain weight as well.
