Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide to us or that is otherwise provided to us on your behalf. You may choose to provide certain information in order to access or use certain features or services of the Site or the Services, such as making a purchase, paying your membership fees, requesting information, providing us with information via text message or our mobile application, filling out an employment application, entering a sweepstakes, logging into certain exercise equipment consoles using your member key tag, or otherwise contacting us.

Third-Party Sites operate independently from us, and the privacy practices of the relevant third parties, including details on the information they may collect about you, are subject to the privacy policies of those third-parties. You acknowledge and agree that your interactions with those Third-Party Sites and Connected Accounts, and your rights and obligations when accessing and using Third-Party Sites and Connected Accounts, are not governed by this Privacy Policy (or The Chatham Club Terms of Use) and will instead be governed by the terms and policies of those Third-Party Sites, and we encourage you to carefully read those terms and policies, as they may differ from ours.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NATURE AND CONTENTS OF THE PRACTICES OF, OR THE COLLECTION, USE OR SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY ANY THIRD-PARTY SITES OR CONNECTED ACCOUNTS.
Your Options and Rights Regarding Your Information
Your Account. Please visit your account page to update your account information.
Marketing Communications. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from us or wish to opt out of future e-mail promotions from us, please contact us. Please note that all promotional e-mail messages you receive from us will include an option to opt out of future email communications. In addition, you may continue to receive generic mailings addressed to “Resident” or the like. In order to discontinue generic mailings, you may contact your local post office.
Ad Choices. You have options to limit the information that we and our partners collect for online advertising purposes.
