We’re excited to announce our October Member of the Month — MJ O’Connell
MJ O’Connell has been a dedicated member of our club for the past 10 years. His journey began when his wife, Nicole—a longtime member and huge fan of the club—persuaded him to join. Since then, MJ has been a consistent presence in the gym, making the most of his membership.
Over the past year and a half, MJ has seen incredible results from his hard work and commitment. He has lost 10 pounds, reduced his body fat percentage from 34% to 21%, and increased his lean muscle mass from 130 pounds to 142 pounds!
His dedication to training, combined with the support of his family, has helped him achieve these impressive milestones. We’re proud to celebrate MJ’s success and highlight his example of perseverance and consistency. Congratulations, MJ!
What do you like most about the club?
All the trainers and staff are super friendly and make me feel like I am part of the team! Great vibes all around!
What do you like about Personal Training?
I’ve been training with Dennis for several years now and scheduling with him helps me stick to my routine. He does a great job of mixing up the workouts and keeping it interesting. The results are real.
What are some of your favorite exercises?
I’m a huge fan of squats and deadlifts
What are some of your least favorite exercises?
I strongly dislike dips and pushups
What are some things you enjoy outside of the club?
I’m a huge foodie and love dining out with my family. I’m also a huge Yankees fan and have been a season ticket holder for 20 years. I’m looking forward to the playoffs. Go Yankees!
What are some of your upcoming goals?
Trying to get in 4 days of training a week with Dennis – no matter what!
