3). How long have you been training with Robbie?
I’ve been training with Robbie for about 2 years now.
4). Why do you enjoy training at The Chatham Club with Robbie?
I enjoy training at TCC with Robbie because every session has a purpose. Robbie challenges me physically and mentally, and he actually cares about my development as an athlete.
5). What are your favorite exercises and why?
My favorite exercises are sled pushes, squats, and sprint work because they translate directly to soccer.
6). What is your least favorite exercise and why?
My least favorite exercises are the 100 pushups at the end of my workout. Brutal!
7). Have you seen any improvements in your strength, agility, speed and confidence to your training?
Yes, definitely. I’ve seen big improvements in my strength, speed, and agility.
8). What are your goals for this year?
My goals for this year are to continue developing as a player and get my body ready for soccer at Middlebury College.
9). What is one of the quotes that you live by and why?
One of my favorite quotes is, “One day or day one. You decide.” I live by this quote because it reminds me to stay disciplined and focused on my goals every day, not just when it’s convenient.
