1. One Arm Dumbbell Press on Theraball (10 Reps each side, 3 Sets)

2. Prone Bench Dumbbell Row (10 Reps, 3 Sets)

3. Dumbbell Thruster (10 Reps, 3 Sets)

4. Tricep Extensions / Seated Dumbbell Curl Blasts (10 Reps, 3 Sets)
**These two moves are done back-to-back with no rest on the blast!


5. Kayakers (15 Reps each side, 3 Sets)
