Meet Chatham Club Member, Seth Glasser! Seth currently trains with Brett and we are constantly impressed by his continued fitness results! Fitness Director Dennis Stacknick asked Seth a few questions about his time as a member:
DS: How many years have you been a member?
SG: I’ve been a member for about 6 years.
DS: What are some accomplishments you’ve achieved at The Chatham Club?:
SG: I have improved my overall body condition. I’m much more physically fit and I’ve seen a big increase in my exercise stamina. I’ve lost about 10-15 pounds too.
DS: What do you like about the Club?:
SG: The Club has a great vibe – friendly & respectful. I like the cleanliness & the fact that it is not overly crowded.
DS: What do you like about training with Brett?:
SG: I love learning new exercises, building core strength, the continued development of my movements and the variety of equipment that we use!
DS: What are your favorite exercises:
SG: Flat and Incline bench presses, Rows.
DS: How about your least favorite exercise?:
SG: Plate Pushes & Bear Crawl.
DS: How do you spend your time outside of the Club?:
SG: I enjoy cooking, traveling and spending time with my 2 dogs.
