Meet Chatham Club Member Faye Jennings! Fay takes advantage of our nursery & group exercise classes – all the while has lost an incredible 20 pounds! Fitness Director Dennis Stacknick asked Faye a few questions about her time as a member:

DS: How long have you been a member of The Chatham Club?
FJ: I have been a member for a little over a year after joining the club in April of ’21.

DS: What successes have you had since becoming a member?
FJ: When I joined, I mainly focused on doing the cardio machines. Thru some encouragement from friends, I ventured out into classes and spinning, where I continued to see changes. I was able to lose an amazing 20+ pounds in the first year, and I am now maintaining my weight and continuing to see significant improvement in my body strength.

DS: Things you enjoy most about the club?
FJ: I enjoy all the great classes that I take and the spin classes. I love the camaraderie and family feel of the club. I appreciate how everyone says hello, is very friendly, and my children feel comfortable here while I work out.

DS: How are your experiences with the nursery?
FJ: The nursery and its staff have been fantastic for my kids. It has been a huge aid in the kids’ transition into going to school without any problems. The kids have fun with the other children and the toys that are available to them. It has been a large part of making it possible for me to get here every day that I can. 

DS: Favorite Classes?
FJ: Power Sculpt, Kickboxing, Spin. I love the challenge each one provides, and it surprises me how hard I can work. I love seeing the fantastic results!

DS: Least favorite exercise?
FJ: Not a big fan of the abdominal exercise

DS: Things you enjoy doing outside of the club?
FJ: Family time! I love being with my kids at the park, riding bikes, and playing baseball. I also love little trips to fun places and going to soccer games.

DS: Goals for 2022?
FJ: Keep coming to the club! It gives me great motivation to keep it going!
