Meet Chatham Club Member, Laura Ahto! Laura currently trains with Michael and we are so impressed by her positive attitude, spirit & results! Fitness Director Dennis Stacknick asked Laura a few questions about her time as a member:
DS: How many years have you been a member?
LA: One and a half years.
DS: What are some accomplishments you’ve achieved at The Chatham Club?:
LA: I tore my achilles tendon and began rehab. Joined the Club and began doing Personal Training with Michael to aid in my recovery. I have become pain free, increased my overall strength and lost 23 pounds in the process.
DS: What do you like about the Club?:
LA: I love the people and comfortable atmosphere. It’s a focused group of people here, they come with a purpose.
DS: What do you like about training with Michael?:
LA: We have a great relationship and get along great! Good open communication. He challenges me within my limitations.
DS: What are your favorite exercises:
LA: Ball slams, Dead Bug variations.
DS: How about your least favorite exercise?:
LA: Reverse Lunges.
DS: How do you spend your time outside of the Club?:
LA: I love long nature walks and just being out in nature in general!
DS: Any 2022 goals?:
LA: My goal is to continue to lose weight as well as improve Balance and Stability.
