Andy Sole Member of the Month
Andy has been a consistent user of the club for over five years. His dedication and commitment to his exercise routine have helped him build and maintain his significant fitness levels. Andy puts in 2-3 days a week in the mornings taking spin classes and then commits 4-5 days in the afternoon to focus on his strength routine. He prides himself on being consistent and disciplined, which has certainly paid off.
What do you like most about the club?
I like the consistency of the club staff and that it’s an independent club. I like that it has a community feel with so many local members and the various ages of its members. The great variety of equipment and classes fits the needs of all ages. It has many friendly and nice people, from the staff to the members. I love that it has all aspects of a “Big Box” club but with a friendly community feel.
Do you have any favorite exercises?
It’s hard to say that I have any favorites. I love working out, so I enjoy each movement I do. If I really must choose, I’d lean towards spin classes and biceps.
Do you have any least favorite exercises?
Even though I enjoy all my workouts, I’d have to put doing abdominals near the bottom of my most enjoyable.
What activities do you like to do outside of the club?
I love skiing, biking, and hiking! Those are some of the main reasons I work out, so I can continue to enjoy those. I also enjoy taking my three dogs for their daily walks.
Any goals you have in mind?
I want to stay functional, keep active, and keep my cardiovascular system working strong.
