You’ve probably seen Ryan in the middle of one of his kettlebell flow programs while you’ve gone about your workout! Curious on how to try it yourself?
We asked our resident kettlebell guru to break down a simple 3 step kettlebell flow!
STEP 1:
2 Hand Clean
Use legs to drive through the floor and upper back to “clean” the weight into a goblet squat position.
STEP 2:
Goblet Squat
“Pull” your body down into a squat and drive through the ground to squat the bell back up.
STEP 3:
Kettlebell Swing
Take a short hop back to a starting position for a swing. “Hike the bell back, and use your glutes and hamstrings to drive your hips forward to swing the bell away from you. Keep your core braced at the top and your shoulders down and back. Hop forward to your starting position.
