Our Sports Performance staff works with student-athletes who play a variety of sports! We often work with football players who play a multitude of positions on the field. Trainer, Michael Reynolds put together a few exercises that are geared toward quarterbacks, ball carriers & linemen. Each exercise is specifically tailored to increase agility and recreate actual footwork that would be used on the field.

These next three are simple ways for ball carriers to increase their speed and agility while holding onto the ball. We encourage you to work with a Sports Performance Training coach when working on these exercises so they can help take your agility game to the next level!
