Welcome to The Chatham Club Olympics!
In this challenge, you will record:
• The # of days you check in
• The # of classes you attend
• Daily distances on the following cardio pieces: Treadmill, Bike, Rower, and Ski Erg.
You will record your daily events and durations in the recording sheets in the binder found at the Fitness desk.
The event will run from July 22nd thru August 11th. See how much you can accomplish in 21 days while shooting for an Olympic Medal. Medal standards for each event are as follows:
You must gain the same medal in each category to achieve that overall medal!
Examples: 6 Golds in 6 events = Gold medal, 5 Golds and 1 other = Silver. 5 Bronze and 1 no medal = No Medal.
Must have 6 medals to qualify for a final medal. All contestants that earn all gold medals will be in the drawing for the grand prize.
